Mind if I praise Walmart here?
It just dawned on me how great our Walmart in Cranberry township PA is. It's not that the store itself is really great and they always have everything but it's employees are great. Even in the worst lines, in the worst situations, they always remain friendly and helpful. I've yet to see one in a bad mood and I've been shopping there for five years at least once a week. I wrote a letter to planet feedback about them and hope that someone gets some credit for it.

It's good that people recognize when a store is doing good. Like most retail chains it is a hit or miss on whether that store offers good customer service. It probably has a lot to do with the managers at the location.

Here's a Walmart story I've been meaning to post. I bought my sister "Princess Diaries" DVD for Xmas at a Walmart in a small town in Oklahoma. When I had the clerk (a woman about 50 years old) open their case, I just grabbed one and handed it to her. She looked at, then said "Are you sure you want this one? This is full-frame and there's also widescreen available." (Of course I switched copies.)
