I don't think so... I would have loved to combine my gift card with the digital coupons I had, but can't. If you read the back, the top in italicized bold it says:
Redeemable in any US Best Buy retail location for merchandise or services only.

The gift cards cannot be used online. I was curious about this myself, but their website states you can use them at the store.
