SONY KV-27FS13 27-Inch FD Trinitron® WEGA TV

i'm thinking about getting this tv. what do you think? its for the bedroom and the price is a little high but within limits. can it handle progressive dvd?

thanks for all opinions.

Np, that sony model will not support a progressive scan signal, this is the cheapest 27 that i know of that can, can be found online or w/ a friends employee discount for around 500

The Wega is a good TV, but there has ben many reported problems with it and if you did not decide to get one that supports progressive scan, i would reccommend the Toshiba 27AF 41, generally it can be found $100 cheaper than the sony and looks(No SVM) and sounds better( better speaker placement.)
