Best 20" TV?

A friend of mine is looking for a 20" tv for his bedroom system. His priorities:

* the best possible on-board tuner (he'll be using it for OTA signals)
* picture quality
* reliability
* component inputs would be nice, but aren't necessary

Thanks.

Maybe he should look into a nice 32-36 inch, or a 50in projection TV. Is there room for a projector and 100in screen? Why get such a small TV?

Just kidding. I hate people who respond to the guidelines of a post by saying that the guidelines should be broken. Here's a real answer...

I haven't been up close to it, but a guy on my dorm floor has what looks to be the 20in Wega, and it looks pretty dang good. I didn't see any major difference between it and the larger Wegas, besides screen size. I don't know about the Tau, sorry.

I have a 20" Sony VVega in the bedroom. It's a badass little tv!

Have you used the on-board tuner? This is a big priority for my friend, and what's keeping him from just buying "any ol' tv."

Thanks.

The 20" Wega is a very nice unit, though it only has S-video connections, no component. If the tuner is anywhere like the ones on the higher end Wegas, it should be very decent. The only downfall on this set is the high price (over 300 bucks) but it is well worth it.
