Final Fantasy shipped from amazon yet?

Mine has not even entered "Shipping Soon" status. Has yours shipped yet?

I received an email that mine shipped out on Sunday, 10/21 (ordered on 09/30). Dumbo (same release date of 10/23) has not shipped out yet though.

Edit: Speak of the devil. Package was just delivered. I've never seen it before so looking forward to the video/audio quality I've been hearing so much about.

Mine hasn't shipped yet but my status says shipping soon which I believe means that it will probably ship tomorrow. I saw that same message "shipping soon" last week and it shipped the next day.

I have a total of 4 dvds (3 preorders--FF, Dr Dolittle 2 & With a Friend like Harry) shipping at all together.

I got mine from Amazon

I just got the Final Fantasy Spirits Within from Amazon.com this morning. It was sent to me on October 19th via first class and delivery confirmation.

Mine still hasn't shipped. Not sure if it has to do with the fact that I paid it in full with my ofoto $25 GC. Anyway, I called amazon and they said it should ship soon.

I paid mine in full with an Ofoto GC too (with STL!)
I think my Dumbo is in the same limbo state as your FF is in though.

I just checked my status & my FF shipped today along with the other 3 dvds I ordered. I applied a GC to this order but it wasn't the Otofoto GC.

I can't believe it! My FF is still in the limbo state. I called amazon a couple of times throughout the week and they all said the order had no problem and should ship soon.

Right now it's still in "Not Yet Shipped" status

Has this happened to anyone on any preorder recently?

Geez, I'd call Amazon again. I just checked their site and it says "usually ships in 24 hours" and although I have noticed that sometimes the timeframes listed are not always accurate, FF was released on Tuesday and it is Friday/Saturday and yours isn't even listed as shipping soon but it is listed as available in 24 hours. Like I said, I'd call again.

I haven't had any real trouble with my preorders. The only noticable difference is that my preorders use to ship on Sundays but now they seem to ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

And my FF that shipped on Wednesday arrived on Friday.

Good luck and hope that you receive yours soon!

My copy of FF was also stuck in limbo along with TPM and Notorious. I called Amazon on Thursday to ask why this order had not shipped. They said that they only had Notorious in stock and that when they receive the other two titles, then they would send it out next day air at no additional cost. When they upgraded the shipping, my STL discount and $10 coupon that I had used disappeared. So. I had to call back to get them to reapply this discount. They screwed up the order once again and I had to call back a third time. This time they got it right and they now told me that they had all three titles in stock. My order shipped out yesterday from Kentucky and I'll hopefully receive them on Monday. Bottom line is that you have to just keep calling until they resolve it for you. If they tell you that they are out of stock, tell them that you know plenty of people that had already received their DVD. They will probably upgrade your shipping and maybe even throw in an aggrevation coupon. Just make sure that they don't change the price of your order.

Amazon really screwed up!!!

I don't know what's going on. Apparently, Amazon emptied my unused GC balance into my FF order, making it overpaid by over $16 (that is, the order total went -$16.xx). I called and an order specialist zeroed all the figures in my order (in the page the cost was $0, shipping $0 and grand total $0) and the fund finally went back to my GC account. Minutes later, $2.98 shipping suddenly appeared in the order, making $2.98 outstanding. I called them again to get it fixed. That's ugly, all the numbers are now zero. Btw, I paid for it originally by $25 Ofoto promo with $2.25 STL. Now they no longer show up in the order.

Now only if my FF will ship soon
