Praising Crutchfield.com
A couple of months ago I ordered a JVC XV-721BK progressive scan dvd player from Crutchfield. Crutchfield has a 30 day return policy, but unfortunately I started having problems with my player after I'd had it over 2 months. I called the customer support number and they agreed to give me a refund (after trying the reset procedure on the player, etc.) even though I was well past the 30 day limit. I was able to order the new 7-disc progressive scan changer for the same price I paid for the single disc one a few months ago. Also, as far as returning the player, I was given a UPS reference number so it cost me nothing. And when I originally ordered the player it arrived in 2 days. So far, Crutchfield.com has had THE best customer support of any online store I've used. The people I've dealt with have been courteous and knowledgable, far more so than some other stores. I'll definitely consider using them for any electronic items in the future. I am totally relieved not to have to deal with JVC's warranty service also.
