Pretty dry review but it'll hold me over until we get some reviews with a more personal touch.

Passed on this in the theatres but I look forward to it. Don't care for many Christmas movies but I do have a few I watch every year. I hope this one gets added to that small list.

As far as the Movie goes, I found it pretty entertaining to say the least. The makeup for the movie is top notch, and if you're a Jim Carrey fan, you'll enjoy this movie. It's a little different than his normal movies since this movie is based around a storyline that almost every person has heard once or most likely more times in theif life. I look forward to adding this title to my collection.

My whole family loved the movie.

From what I have read about the DVD, it will be a perfect stocking stuffer(As long as a Grinch does open it up and watch it before christmas).

Are there 2 different versions of this coming out? I've seen two different ones on CH's website and was wondering if anybody knew anything.

There are 3 versions. A widescreen CE, a P&S CE, and a limited edition. The limited edition is the same P&S CE disc that is sold separately, but also includes an interactive playset of some sort. Essentially, the limited edition is for little kids so if you don't have any little kids that would enjoy the playset, go with the widescreen CE, but the limited edition includes JUST the P&S, NOT widescreen.
