HEllo,
I have placed my first order with DDD and I don't know their pre-ordering policy.
Do they charge my card when they ship my order or do they put a pre-authorization to my card immediately?
Can anyone help me with their charging policy?

Yeah...not having the pre-auth on the credit card is a nice thing. Amazon and DVDEmpire don't do that either. Buy.com, on the other hand, always does, which really used to tick me off.
Be forewarned, though...if your order is due to ship and you don't have enough credit on your card, DDD will generally just cancel the order and not send an email about it. That is, however, about the only complaint I have ever had about DDD. Along with DVDEmpire, they are the best. (Well, Amazon with STL and the recent coupons are pretty cool as well....
)
