I am in the US and ordered from them for the first time not too long ago. I have absolutely no complaints and would/will order form them again once the budget allows.
I emailed them a couple of times before I placed an order with some questions regarding shipping issues, floaters, etc. I was truly amazed at the speed of the responses. They responded to the emails just darn fast. Good, informative replies too. They even volunteered some info that I hadn't asked for.
It took 'em about a week to ship my order from the time it was placed (their website says 5-7 days). They shipped the DVDs from the UK on a Friday I believe and I had 'em in my hands on Monday. Pretty sturdy packing too.
