Netflix: how many had accounts closed??
Well, I am beginning to get frustrated with Netflix. Somehow, I manage to receive all of their dvds, but for some reason, they keep "losing" all of my titles on the way back.
It is interesting how the post office can deliver from CA to PA in about 2 days, but it either takes 6 days or just doesn't make it on the way from PA to CA.
Anyhow, I keep having to mark things lost or they do it for me. Now I am up to 4 lost, and they keep saying they will suspend my account at 5.
Has anyone had this happen and what all went down??

Well you have to look at it from the company's perspective.
They think that either:
- You are keeping those DVDs you really like
OR
- Someone at your local Post Office is keeping DVDs that they really like.
Either way, it means that renting DVDs from your location doesn't work.
Renting DVDs only works when the DVDs reach you consistently and when the DVDs are returned to them consistently. Regardless of who is at fault, this is the only way it can work.
