Decent movie, with George Clooney playing the exact same character he plays in every single film he's connected with, and Nicole Kidman looking uglier than you ever thought possible. However, the plot is somewhat more intelligent than most of its ilk, the villian is uniquely human and well-rounded, and the action is solid.
The DVD, however, is utterly without reproach, with exceptional video and audio quality, and a nice collection of extras, like trailers, mini-documentaries, interviews, bloopers, etc.
