I bought my Canadian edition Good Will Hunting from them and was happy with the service. The price was certainly right when I bought beating other major Canadian retailers by several dollars.
When last I purchased from them they did not accept MasterCard but did accept Visa. I found that odd but don't know if that is still true.

I hope they're good. They just reorganized and are offering free shipping for canadians plus a $5.00 off coupon (no min $. I got the Independence Day DVD for 23.90 CAN including shipping and tax, which is not bad. I picked this DVD b/c It was the first I wanted when I got my player (good surround effects) yet still have not purchased it.

I just received a dvd from them (Fando and Lis special edition), and unwrapped it, only to find out that it appears to be a 2nd hand copy - both the disc and case are dirty and scratched. I've sent them and e-mail, and I suppose I'll just have to wait and see what comes of it.
However, for the moment I find myself unable to recommend them.

My order arrived today also. Only took 4 days, and was shipped very nicely. Lotsa packing peanuts surrounding the movie and the DVD was snug in the middle. With free shipping and the five dollar off promo, I paid 23.60 total for the two disk independence day dvd. Not a bad price. These guys are good. AB Sound will be back again but TAU isn't a bad alternative. I'll keep using them.

lets try again
If you order a lot of different pre orders do they wait until the last one is released and ship them all together, or send out individual packages as each one is released?

I ordered recently ordered a few dvd from them, some of which must have been in stock, others not. They shipped one of the discs separately, without charging any extra postage. Whether they do the same for pre-orders I don't know..
(hope this helps)

So it sounds like the word on these guys is good, how are they for pre-orders? They seem to have a great price on the Godfather Trilogy and I may cancel my amazon order....

I've never had problems with my pre-orders. Then again I haven't really been paying attention to exactly when the discs show up (i.e. I didn't absolutely need to have the Stargate SG-1 set on the release date). But it did show up, was well packaged and was cheap!
I put in an order for the Die Hard box set even though it'll be the credit card company and not them doing the Canadian to US$ conversion so I'll take a hit on that.
But as soon as their site goes back to being able to offer US$ sales they'll be once again the best deal hands down on box sets.

x-files seasons 2&3, sopranos season 1
3 frickin' weeks. That's how long ago my order shipped according to them. Sent via Canadian post which must use a big ass moose for package delivery. Ahh...how fast does it take a moose to travel 2500 miles...eh?
