I was setting up some entries on my IE5.5 Links bar for easy access to much-0visited sites and noticed that while Google and Yahoo gave me "favicons" DVDTalk did not.
I'm sure one of the the web/graphics gurus hereabouts would design one; or just shrink an existing bitmap!
So, how about it?

I always liked using my own favourite icons for various websites. By doing so, I could use the icons to CATEGORIZE sitenames instead of using them to decorate the linkbar.
You can see examples of icons on my IE linkbar in the desktop examples folder at:

Once there, pick the specific file "My Javascript Homepage". Unlike other people, I still have this as my homepage year after year. Of course, entries on it change, but the concept has been part of the overall "software reuse" philosophy on my machines.
