Any idea why this company insists on using a padded FEDEX envelope instead of a box? Has anyone else had to return one or more?

I have gotten quite a few movies from Twec in those padded Fedex envelopes but never had to return any damaged.

They have sent me games in an unpadded priority envelope. Last time the Playstation 2 game had popped off the spindle. It still works fine though, it has a couple of scratches.

Mine came damaged to. The corners were pounded in a there was a small crease. As a result I won't be buying box sets from TWEC anymore.
