Cancelling DeepDiscountDVD order?

I had ordered Emperor's New Groove Ultimate Groove from them a few days ago, but it's on back order until May 11. I sent an email to their customer service to cancel the order, but I found it curious that there were no directions on how to cancel orders on their help page.

Has anyone had any luck, good or bad, with cancelling a DeepDiscountDVD order?

Thanks in advance.

BTW, I cancelled the order because 1) it was on backorder and 2) I received a $5 gift coupon from Best Buy, so I applied it and ordered ENG:UG for store pickup for 26.34...

Placed 2 orders and both ended up backordered. I just emailed them and they cancelled them.
