Is it just me or did that seem more like a series finale rather than a season finale??
Guess they have been waiting all season to use the "One Tree Hill" line..
I have enjoyed the show all season and it has gotten fairly good the last few weeks, but this episode just seemed rushed with way too much going on..
The whole Haley/Nathan marriage is absolutely ridiculous...
Not a strong finish for a weak show going into its second year in my opinion.

I'm gonna disagree with the poster above me. I thought it was a very good season finale. Dan getting his come-uppance from both Nathan and Keith, Whitey's test results, and Dan's heart attack are all things that are going to make me come back for next year.
The marriage thing was bizarre and TOTALLY unexpected. Curious to see how that plays out too .
Lucas/Keith will be back. They might spend the summer in Charlston, but we all know they'll be back before next season.
Is it just me or did that look a lot more like Georgia than Seattle? God, I hope not.
Lastly, is this show really that weak? I thought I had heard it was one of the WB's stronger shows?

Yeah, I was expecting to see a "Welcome to Savannah" sign or something. Whitey being worse off than he thought could set up Keith taking over as basketball coach.
I don't consider the show to be weak. It's probably one of my two favorite shows. It's got that Dawson's Creek everything's sensationalized and not totally realistic thing going for it.

So are Brooke and Peyton "together?" Maybe I was reading too much into that, but that is what it looked like to me. It's a little unrealistic for Dan to have a heart attack just because his brother slept with his ex-wife. I mean come on, they made a point of showing how well he kept in shape. Some of these twists were just a little too much. I like a good cheesy show, but this episode took things a little too far.

I was looking for a Savannah sign, too. I wasn't sure whether or not we were watching the end of Bad Brooke (for now). You never know - she may show up at Jake's door-step at the beginning of next season.I'm thinking Keith is going to come home and coach the nephews and co.
This ep did feel a little thrown together because of an uncertain future at the time.
The Nathan/Hailey marriage came out of left field.
Keith and Nathan did get DanDan the Heartache Man in their own little ways.

The writers of this show must really hate Dan. I mean, they almost give him a moment of humilty and humanity and then take it all away with, "You better hope I die."
One writer was not quoted as saying, "Yeah, we want the views to hate Dan so much that they'll stick around just in the hopes that he dies a horrible death at the hands of Jenny, the cybernetically enhanced psycho baby...is it gonna happen?...I don't know, they'll just have to wait and see."
