If it's movie series, it will definitely be Kara no Kyōkai - the Garden of sinners. If it's just a standalone movie is will probably be Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. It's just much harder choice to make for standalone movie.

Samurai X - Trust & Betrayal (It was an OVA, but also saw a movie release)

Laputa: Castle in the Sky by Hayao Miyazaki. The hand-drawn animation from that movie is some of the most spectacular I've ever seen from an animated movie, period.
