Galaxy Express 999 seasons available on Amazon Instant Video
I was checking out the Galaxy Express movies on Amazon when I saw they have the anime series available to download. When did this happen? I thought this series would have no chance of being released over here in any form. Has anyone downloaded any of the seasons yet? I was wondering what the A/V and subtitle quality was like. I may download season 1 to check it out; it's only 11.99 which I don't think is a bad price at all.

Interesting. I know many sites (Crackle, Crunchyroll, and FUNimation) are streaming the series for free. Who knows if the movies did well for Discotek Media / Eastern Star, they may consider the TV series in the future.

I don't download, but I'd love to get this series, with English subs., on DVD.

I just saw Amazon also has the Captain Harlock series available. Was this also streaming on one of those sites WTK mentioned? I knew stuff was being licensed for streaming, but didn't know what.
