Would anyone happen to know if Gatchaman II and F are available anywhere with English subtitles?

I'm really not into anime all that much, but when somebody says Gatchaman: my ears perk up.

Problem is, the series are on DVD, and are quite easy to order, but they are straight from Japan and have no English subs. I guess I might have to learn Japanese!
