Daisuki to Stream Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans on October 4

Hulu to also stream Gundam: Reconguista in G on October 2

Anime Consortium Japan (ACJ) announced on Tuesday that the Daisuki service will stream the upcoming Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans TV anime series in 242 countries and 13 languages as the series airs in Japan. The streaming will begin on Sunday, October 4 at 7:30 p.m. (Japan Standard Time) world-wide (except for Japan). The streaming will have English, French, German, Italian, Russian, European Spanish, Latin American Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Malay, Tagalog, Simplified Chinese, and Korean subtitles.

ACJ also announced that Hulu will begin streaming all 26 episodes of the Gundam: Reconguista in G on Friday, October 2 at 8:00 p.m. EDT.

HOUSTON, OCTOBER 1, 2015 – Sentai Filmworks announced today an agreement with Hulu for exclusive simulcasting of Chivalry of a Failed Knight. Episodes will be available to stream for Hulu subscribers for $7.99 per month with limited commercials and $11.99 per month with no commercials.

Each episode of Chivalry of a Failed Knight will stream exclusively on Hulu during the first week of simulcast with free-to-user streaming available one week later. Simulcasting is slated to begin October 3, 2015.

Based on a series of light novels by Riku Misora, Chivalry of a Failed Knight takes place in a world where human knights can materialize weapons from their souls. The story follows a knight who is widely considered a failure by those around him, and his struggle toward mastery of his weapon.

This month, VIZ Media also proudly presents the streaming premiere of K MISSING KINGS, the exciting feature length follow-up action thriller to the first season of the series, is available stream now with English subtitles. K was developed and produced by GoHands, the Japanese studio that also created the cyberpunk anime film series, Mardock Scramble and the enigmatic writers’ collective GoRA Project.

Anime fans also will not want to miss K RETURN OF KINGS, the second season of the edgy psychological anime action series. Episode 1 is available to stream this Friday, October 2nd, with a new installment set to debut every Friday.

New this Fall:

Attack on Titan: Junior High
Your favorite characters from Attack on Titan are back in…junior high school? Adapted from the hit spinoff manga series – Attack on Titan: Junior High (written by Saki Nakagawa), this parody reimagines Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and other characters from the original manga as students and teachers at Titan Junior High School.


Doamayger-D
This retro-style throwback is a romping adventure with a sweet setting! In a traditional Japanese sweets shop in Kyoto works Daijiro Kyogoku, the latest young successor in a long line of sweet shop owners. One day, Daijiro finds a giant robot in the shop’s basement called Doamayger-D. Now, villanous robots are on the loose, and the hero we need is Doamayger-D… a candy-making mech?


Heavy Object
In the future, warfare has been revolutionized by the invention of mechanical weapons called “Objects.” These Objects are overwhelmingly powerful, rendering traditional weapons like guns, tanks and fighter jets completely useless. Qwenthur is an un-athletic, but smart soldier who aims to work as an Object mechanic. Stationed at an Alaskan Object base, he meets Milinda, a stoic but beautiful Elite Soldier who pilots her own Object. As they learn to support each other in battle, Qwenthur begins to uncover the grim secret behind the Heavy Objects.

After adorable “mermaid” Mamori is transferred to one of five artificial islands, she’s cornered, attacked and eventually saved by another beautiful transfer named Mirei. Unfortunately, even after the girl intervenes, Mamori’s attackers refuse to let up. Just when they think all hope is lost, Mirei and Mamori share a passionate kiss that turns the little “mermaid” into a powerful sword in this new show from series composer Yousuke Kuroda (High School of the Dead, Mobile Suit Gundam 00) and ARMS studio (Ikki Tousen, Queen’s Blade, Elfen Leid).

From the original creator of the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise and Mari Okada the writer behind anohana and Black Butler Season 1, comes Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. 300 years after the end of a great conflict known as the “Calamity War,” a new government system has brought an era of peace to Earth. But when Mikazuki Augus, a young member of a private security company known as the CGS, accepts a mission to protect a young woman seeking to liberate the Martian city of Chryse from Earth’s rule, he sets off a chain of events that threatens to send the galaxy back to war. With his orders in hand, he’ll have to head into battle using a war-era relic the CGS has been using as a power source—the Gundam Barbatos.


STARMYU
Ayana Academy: home of musical dreams and insane competition. New student Yuta Hoshiya dreams of being in show business, but to get there he’ll have to gain acceptance from the Kao Kai (Cherry Blossom Flower Association), Ayana Academy’s three highest ranking students. For Yuta and his friends to get into the music department, they’ll have to get into the Star Frame class, which is taught by the Kao Kai members. Though the newcomers are struggling, they catch the interest of one of the Kao Kai members, which just might send them on the starlit journey they’ve been dreaming of! From director Shunsuke Tada (Kuroko’s Basketball and Prince of Tennis) comes a new show that will have you dreaming of stardom.


Dance with Devils
From Rejet, the original creator of Diabolik Lovers, and Brain’s Base, the studio behind Princess Jellyfish, comes a devilish tale of high school seduction. Second-year student Ritsuka Tachibana has the perfect school-to-life balance, but all of that’s thrown into chaos when she discovers that several of her handsome male classmates are actually demons in disguise.

Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign (Season 1 Part 2)
The battle between humans and vampires continues in Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign Part 2. After the Shinjuku Battle, Yuichiro reunites with Mikaela only to discover he’s been turned into a vampire. To save what’s left of his family and protect his new friends, Yuichiro desperately tries to find a way to return vampires to their human forms. His search becomes a race against time when Kureto reveals to Guren that, in one month, the main unit of the vampire army will start attacking Tokyo. There’s no time to waste, the real fight is about to begin!


Noragami Aragoto
Yato may just be a minor god now, but he’s determined to make it big and he’s got a plan. Unfortunately, things just don’t seem to be going his way. He doesn’t have a single shrine dedicated to him, his partner has just quit, and now he’s got to find a new divine weapon. Just when things look bleak, he meets a girl named Hiyori and changes her life forever.
