I know you're asking for the DVDs, but I think Crunchyroll has streaming eps of subbed Harlock and Space Galaxy 999. I dunno for sure, I've avoided the place since the original fansub controversy, but might be worth checking out.

edited to add: I should add that these streaming eps are officially licensed from Toei, just to clarify.

This is how old this thread is, I was still associating Crunchyroll with their early (and shady) fansub dealings. But it's great that stuff like Harlock, Mazinger Z, and a ton of others got released here.

- Gunbuster | BD (with English dub) is to be released by Discotek Media
- Kimagure Orange Road | released on BD by Discotek Media
- Maison Ikkoku | remains unlicensed after VIZ's license expiration

It still amazes me that they actually dubbed a Doraemon show, aired it on Disney XD no less, and I guess because it's a kids show they never released it. Heck my kids want to rewatch Yokai Watch and they're out of luck.
