I could almost see same-visit refills, at least on soft drinks (I do that, make sure to top off my drink before leaving the snack bar area), but not for multi-visit refills. As far as I know nobody except gas stations allow multi-visit refills, especially in the disposable cups, allegedly for health reasons. That's too cheap even for me.

Pretty funny that somebody who was taking advantage of the system is suddenly stopped dead in their tracks -- by a polite sign.

Yeah, they never allowed what you were doing, nothing has changed. You also aren't allowed to walk out with DVDs without paying, even if you bought the same DVD a few days priors and even if they don't have a "please, pay for DVDs" sign.

Wow - OP you suck. Thanks for ruining it for everyone. I typically spend my Saturdays and Wednesdays just chilling in the food court scoping out the MILFs while drinking my cherry icee. What the hell am I going to do now?

to Target. I think the price of DVDs will now drop with the Icee savings.

Let me be the first to say: NOOOOOOOO!

I only ate at Target once or twice. I did work nights at one, many years ago. I don't think our Icee machines were self-servce.

Why pay for the first cup? Get a grocery bag, straw and some duct tape. Figure the rest out yourself.

This is a good thread.

The Icee machine is always broke or out of White Cherry and has some weird pink or green flavor instead.

This is amazing if you're serious. You maybe had a valid complaint if you went there, got an icee, ate your food and refilled before you left (though like other posters, I never thought that you COULD get refills)

Why not just bring in a random cup and steal some ICEE, since that's what you pretty much were doing anyway?

Why? Because the its tough to fit any other cup besides the Target Icee cup on his bicycle.

How are you in Target long enough to polish off an entire Icee?
