I'm a fan of Wayne Kramer's films, so I'll definitely check this out.

Looks pretty damn good. And its got Ray Liotta.

I'm there.

I too am a fan of Kramer's films. Anyone know if this is an expansion of Kramer's 1996 short of the same name? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0162264/

I think it looks good. Why are they not playing up Sean Penn's role in this film? I didnt even see him in the trailer.

He's only in it for about ten minutes, as a border INS Agent. Just a cameo, really.

I thought the script was great but the movie looks a little underwhelming. I hope it's good.

Wow, is Harrison Ford actually starring in a film with some semblance of substance?

Yeah really.... it's only been 15 yrs since The Fugitive...

This trailer could go in the "most heavy-handed message movie.." thread we have going now.... other than that I'd see it.... rental of course.

I seen this movie about a year and a half ago. It was so good they delayed it until now. The movie is a group of stories told to the extreme to show Americans are bad, and immigrants are good. Harrison Ford plays an immigration officer who hates what he does, and Sean Penn is in the film for about ten minutes.

Ans they've delayed this once again (not surprisingly) until "Sometime in 2009".

Another Oscar contender bites the dust.

1. I thought this movie was about contacting the dead.

2. This looks like Crash 2.

3. How many times have we seen movies just like this? A star-studded cast and multiple stories that blur the line of who is good and who is bad? Off the top of my head there was Traffic, Babel and Crash. All oscar films.

I'll see it because I didn't dislike any of those movies but it'll take a lot for me to be impressed by such a cliche film again.

Re: TRAILER: "Crossing Over"

So i guess this opened this weekend at 9 sites. seems like a quiet opening for such a big film.
ALso it appears this was butchered from 140 minutes to ONLY 113 minutes. Thats pretty messed up. Wonder if the Weinstein's are responsble.
