Howard The Duck's Official DVD Premiere
I looked for it on here, but was suprised for finding nothing about this release in this section.
Anyway, 10 years after the introduction of DVD this Lucas produced mis-fire finally found an official home on disc through Koch Media in Germany.
The reviewer of the disc says the video quality looks excellent and the disc has the original English soundtrack on it as well in DD 2.0, so no remix.
You can order it through various oultlets if that's your wish, the chances of this being ever officially released on disc in North America are probably nil because Lucas has been preventing it forever know.
Here's a review of the disc (in German). The coversleeve is not the final one by the way, you can find that on the Koch Media site.

DVD Talk Special Edition
Amazon.co.uk has a British release of the movie. It doesn't have all the teaser trailers the German disc has, but it does feature an English Stereo mix. Just be sure you pick up the earlier, uncut version (rated "12") and not the new one (rated "PG" and missing almost two minutes of sexy duckness).
