Movies that deal with child psychology?

I am starting a unit on Child Psychology in school (10-12 grade) and was looking for soem movies that specifically deal with child psychology. Mental disorders, diseases, that sort of thing that involves a child.

I was thinking of "Sybil", because I know her psychosis is rooted from her childhood. Does anyone know how old she is portrayed in the movie with Sally Field?

Anyway, other films dealing strictly with kids would help. TIA.

"Peeping Tom"

Dorothy Gale getting electroshock treatments in "Return to Oz" probably fits in somewhere.

"The Other" for
Spoiler:
split personality
perhaps?

I am talking real clinical stuff, "Sixth Sense" and "The Exorcist" while deal with kids are not really psychological disorders.

marnie? almost every giallo ever made? and of course....sleepaway camp!

these might not be what you're looking for but the characters in these movies all have an event from their childhood that has effected them mentally.

I took an adolescent psychology class in college and we watched Ordinary People. It deals with grief and suicide.

These kind of do although some of them are a bit of a stretch:

Taxi Driver
Parenthood
Jack
Something about Mary
Elephant (haven't seen it so can't swear to it)
