whatever happened to the scavo's kids?

the fight over the orange uniforms and gabby putting all the clothes on under her coat were pretty funny.

So I just missed it...what did Carlos say to get kicked out of Edie's house?

Loved Gabby's storyline, but didn't care for the Scavos tonite.

Susan dodging the prenup.

This was the first time that I can remember that Susan wasn't the worst part of the show.

I didn't care for the Gabby story, except when she was taking her clothes off

This episode was all over the map, and beside the multiple instance of disrobement by Gabby, and once by Edie, the episode was languishing and dull.

It seemed to lose a little something from the quality of the previous episodes. Surely, Bree's absence couldn't have set things that far into such a tail spin could it have?

And I just could not concentrate enough on what was going on when Gabby was running around almost nude like that.

When Edie took off her bra and said that they keep up what doesn't want to stay up, and then the camera suddenly went down to her stomach, I wanted to see them come falling down and bob down there for a few moments. Now that would have been priceless.

Yes, I knew I should have stopped watching a few episodes back when they pretty much tied everything up and there wasn't any story left to tell. It just seems like they're stretching; trying to find new life in old storylines (Mike & Susan) or ANY life in dumb storylines (Edie & Carlos).

However, at Ian's parents!

Anybody know how long Marcia Cross is gone?

They said there's a chance she could be back for the finale.

Pretty dull episode. But like SMB-IL I pretty much expected it to tank after the wrapped up the Bree-Orson-Alma et al. story line a few eps ago.

I actually thought this was a very entertaining episode, and the preview for next week looked very promising as well.

But considering that the Alma storyline was supposed to be the main arc of the whole season it does kinda feel like they are drawing things out to take up time.

I actually preferred Edie shedding her clothes. Her plastic face is starting to look a little more normal now.

I really don't get all the wetdreams you guys have over Gabby's body. She's way too short, way too skinny, and way too flat.

What am I missing?

I agree. And I find her annoying as hell, both as the character and in real life.

^^ No, but he's my hero.

Favourite Randy Newman song (clearly, it's not only short people he hates):

Political Science
by Randy Newman

No one likes us-I don't know why
We may not be perfect, but heaven knows we try
But all around, even our old friends put us down
Let's drop the big one and see what happens

We give them money-but are they grateful?
No, they're spiteful and they're hateful
They don't respect us-so let's surprise them
We'll drop the big one and pulverize them

Asia's crowded and Europe's too old
Africa is far too hot
And Canada's too cold
And South America stole our name
Let's drop the big one
There'll be no one left to blame us

We'll save Australia
Don't wanna hurt no kangaroo
We'll build an All American amusement park there
They got surfin', too

Boom goes London and boom Paree
More room for you and more room for me
And every city the whole world round
Will just be another American town
Oh, how peaceful it will be
We'll set everybody free
You'll wear a Japanese kimono
And there'll be Italian shoes for me

They all hate us anyhow
So let's drop the big one now
Let's drop the big one now

I get the too flat and too skinny, but the too short? I think she's pretty, but there is just nothing there. Edie has way more body, although the face is looking weird.

That whole Edie stripping down scene was the most cringe-inducing moment this season. It was laughable. Nice attempt at "vulnerability", Marc Cherry. Liked most of the rest of the episode, though. Ian's parents' accents started to grate on me but I loved the Scavos and Susan's storyline regardless.

And Eva Longoria is still fucking hot, but she's a little on the skinny side these days. In Season One where she'd strip for the gardener all thetime ... that was when her body was at its best.
