up to 36, there are a few more movies I want to watch, but I might make it to forty.

I should get to about 120 over the next few days. I could have gotten a lot higher, but I just decided a couple of days ago to include stuff I watched on TV. Before that, I was only counting movies and shows I watched on DVD. Next year, I'll probably include both, it should make a big difference.

I'll give you guys until the end of the year to make sure all of your viewings from November 20 through December 25 are in. I'll try to have the final scores up shortly after the first of the year

Work has kept me from watching much of what I wanted. Here's my little list:
1. Christmas in Connecticut --> 5/5 1945 classic version of course - one of my favorite Christmas movies
2. A Christmas Carol --> 3/5 1935 Reginald Owen version - serviceable but there are better versions out there
3. The Thin Man --> 5/5 Great murder mystery comedy set during Christmas
4. After the Thin Man --> 5/5 Great murder mystery comedy sequel set during New Years

I think that I am done, with the final tally at 43, I came really close but work kind of set me back from watching more. I had fun with it and hopefully I can watch more next year.

Well, finished with 23...and about 20 more than I thought I would.
That was fun, can't wait for next year. Although, I have to work on my repertoire. Good thing I have 364 days left to stock up!

I topped out at 32. I was so worried about going through all of my Christmas DVDs too early that I waited too long and ended up not having enough time to watch all of them. Next year I'll just start early and re-watch if I finish them too soon. I did about as well as I thought I would, though. I figured about 30.

I ended up at 27. Better than I thought but I still had 4-5 left on my list that I didn't get to (A Christmas Story, Polar Express...). Oh well, I'll have those locked and loaded for next year's contest.
