Best "Hair Metal" Singer
I am listening to some Skid Row this morning, and was reminded how good of a singer Sebastian Bach was in his day. So who else in your opinion were among the greatest of the hair metal singers?

Would Queensryche be considered "Hair Metal"? If so, Geoff gets my vote.
And deserves a place on the poll in place of Slaughter

If they don't count, since they don't embody that "Hair Metal" stigma, I'd have to go with Bach. Leagues above everyone else talent-wise. Don't think so? Pick up Frameshift: Absence of Empathy. He is at the top of his game there. Too bad he got in a pissing match with the creator/musician because it is one of the best albums of the last decade. I would have loved to have seen future collaborations between the two.

Wikipedia told me that they would qualify.
"Glam metal is a sub-genre of heavy metal music that arose in the late 1970s in the United States. It was a dominant genre in popular rock music throughout the 1980s and early 1990s."

Rage For Order, released in 1986, introduced a much more polished look and sound for Queensr˙che. The album featured keyboards as prominently as guitars, and the group adopted an image more closely associated with glam rock or glam metal than with heavy metal.
