I got mine from Lucasarts.com - comes with a free T-shirt and free shipping. The down side is that I have to wait. The even BIGGER down side is that my TV died and it'll be next tuesday before the repair guy shows up.
Ah well - City of Heroes will keep me busy until then.

Loved the first one, but I've got some unplayed games I have to get through before I pick this up.
Mario and Luigi, Mario 64DS, Metroid Prime 2, and Ratchet and Clank 2, will have to be finished before I pick this up.

I decided to wait to get it and just ask my wife for a copy for Christmas. I have a ton of stuff to play and really need to finish some it before starting another long, engrossing game.

I got it on monday and have played a few hours so far. Starts out slow just like the first one. If you like the first one though, you will like this one.

I got it last night after work but I only played a half hour or so and nothing really exciting has happened yet. my only problem so far is it seems a little too much like the first and I am hoping they have some new force powers and weapons to make it interesting during the battles.

Initial impressions after 5 hours of play:
- It plays more like a 40-hour expansion pack to the first game, rather than a sequel
- Same basic story architecture as the first game: superduper important Jedi must choose the Light Side or the Dark Side while legions of Sith chase him. I hope we get something more inventive for the third game.
- Mining colonies suck.
But I have a feeling that once it picks up I'll like it like the first one.
I named my character Thon Sunrider. The first game's was Kane Starkiller. I'm such a dork.

What kind of name is "Thon," anyway? Is that a typo?

Can anyone tell me how many blocks the saves are for this game. The first one was about 1600. I was hoping to be able to put it on a memory card. Thanks.
