This disc is now coming out on Tuesday, the 13th. The MSRP is only $12, with Amazon taking preorders for $8.40. The disc has 3.5 hours of material, so this is one hell of a bargain.

Oops, I didn't notice Rammsteinfan's addendum.

Even if it goes back up to the $11 on Amazon, its still $14.99 at BB this week. Either way, Amazon is a deal!

Cool!.. I missed this original thread announcement. I hope the vids are not censored or edited for content like how I see on music channel sometimes..

It says "Das Modell" is an Easter Egg in your description, Rammsteinfan. Maybe it hasn't been found yet?

Circuit City.com at $9.99.
What is the sound format going to be? 2.0 Stereo I presume?

Yeah, I should have gone back and changed that. It was going to be at one time but it is sadly been taken off of the R1 and other region disks. I guess it was just too good to be true. It has been out for a month in Europe and no easter eggs have been found or reported.

Sadly yes, 2.0 is all. Which is weird because LAB was in 2.0 and 5.1. And from what I heard they are in their OAR but that could be FF and not WS. Guess we will see soon.

WEEEEE! Mine shipped from Amazon! Cant wait to get it in a few days.

Has anybody picked this up yet? I'd like to know a bit more about the transfer quality and audio before I purchase. Thanks!

I have read a few reviews and they are all good. I guess there is one video where there is a slight glitch in the bottom portion of one of the videos but that was due to it being older or something. Still worth it if your a fan.

And you can't beat the price. They have more expensive DVDs in the bargain bin at Sav-On.

Is the $9.99 Circuit City price just online or B&M too?

I assume the $9.99 price also applies to in-store. I didn't see it at my store yesterday, but I stumbled across it today at Tower Records in Tustin, CA for $8.99. Couldn't pass that up. Since Tower's in-store pricing isn't entirely consistent, YMMV.

HOLY $#!T! I got it today and this DVD rocks my socks off. Its in 2.0 but it sure is loud. The video quality is awesome and the menus are above and beyond cool. Its all 3D and has lots of interaction for a music DVD. A highly recommended buy for any fan. Still need to get to the LIVE stuff and BEHIND THE SCENES MAKING OF VIDEOs soon.

Finished the live stuff and Making of Videos. All good stuff. It was nice to see some Mutter concert footage finally, takes me back to the time I saw them in 2001. The commercials are interesting, there is one that is 10 minutes long that has clips from MTV and other odd shows.

The video is in WS and FF for one video. Too bad it is NONanamorphic.
