As a Legend of Zelda: The Four Swords pre-order bonus too? I'm gonna need another cube when Mario Kart arrives mid-Nov anyway. No info on availiability?

No "Link's Awakening" or an actual "Link to the Past" version?

Whatever.

Are these straight up ports or are the graphics enhanced in anyway?

Awesome. Nice to see it finally confirmed. I'll buy a copy on Ebay or trade for one. It's a must-have for me cause i never got to play Majora's Mask, and i was looking to pick up Adventure of Link anyway.

If Zelda and Zelda II are straight ports, this is an easy pass. I still have my cartridges and can play them on the PC at any time.

I also have OoT and MM for N64, along with the OoT bonus disk from WW, so that's not much of an incentive.

Yeah, but most people don't have their "old" consoles anymore; and even if they do, they're probably collecting dust somewhere far, far away from the living room...

I think this is a pretty good deal; not a huge fan of Zelda, but now I wish I would have waited a couple of weeks before picking up a Gamecube now... oh well...

I'm purterbed by the lack of Link's Awakening and Link to the Past as well. I hope this is available in a separate package as well...

...or we could always just buy the GC and return it without the disk.

Link to the Past is available on the Gameboy Advance. That is the reason that one isn't on there. No point in giving something away for free when you can still milk it for full price unfortunately.

Not only that, but there are many "younger" gamers today who weren't even born back when those games were released. So they can now have the chance to play the original Zelda games.

I would buy four swords if this is a bonus. I'll get the disc somehow.

I suppose. But that still doesn't explain the conspicuous abscence of link's awakening...

If I can pick it up for 14.99 or less I'll get it but I'm not a big enough fan of Nintendo or Zelda to buy another Cube or buy it off eBay.

I doubt there are that many young (<16 years old) gamers that would give Zelda or Zelda 2 half a look.

My brother is 13 and likes them....

....of course I probably have something to do with that.

Maybe they are going to rerelease Zelda Link's Awakening for the GBA.

Well.. since I am no longer buying a Gamecube for Christmas .. I'll just peek around for this at Gamestop or EB.

If anything I really want to give Majora's Mask a real try, but that's about it, I do still have Zelda 1 and 2 and my Nintendo is still hooked up in another room. What happened to that documentary that was mentioned before?

not likely as Link's Awakening was re-released as a Game Boy Color game back a few years ago. Doesn't seem like many people remember that here. I think it's out of print right now.

Oh --- and YES!, it comes in black!

I was hoping I wouldn't have to get it in a color that I don't like.
