PSX's, N64's, and Dreamcasts - $19.99 at EB + 1 more deal.
The new issue of GMR has an ad in it advertising that EB has PSX's, N64's and Dreamcasts for $19.99. I know that these systems are usually $29.99.
I'm finally going to get a Dreamcast with my $35 Matrix gift voucher.
Also, the same issue of GMR has a coupon for an extra 20% trade-in credit on all games you bring in with the coupon.

I bought mine from them around Jan and I think they had a minimal return period for defective consoles and the option to buy an extended warrenty for 6 months or so for around $5.

I called and they confirmed... if you have their membership, it's $19.99. I'm picking up a Nintendo 64 and a Dreamcast today for $40 total (I'm not picking up a PSX simply because I have a PS2).

EDIT: NEVERMIND, i understand now. I called back. Apparently i need the coupon out of GMR.
Kinda sours the deal, since i'd have to buy the 5$ magazine. Not sure if all the EB's are treeating it this way, but the local store was pretty hung up on the coupon.

I went to EB and there is no such deal.
I talked to the guy working there, and he said he had not heard of such a deal. He said he was aware of a 20% trade in coupon, but no other coupon.
Some guy who was there and had the magazine said there was no such coupon in it (as the magazine is in a platic sleeve).
So I don't know what is going, but that is two people who said this deal doesn't exist. Good luck getting anything to work.

Here's the thing: It's not a coupon or a special deal. What GMR states is that if you have their membership, the consoles are $19.99 instead of $29.99. That is all

I find that it depends on the location when it comes to EB and deals
the DC and N64 were supposed to be 30$ Cdn and most did have it but the one in town here still only had them at 40$ (They have no DC anyways, hard to get here) and said that they never heard of such a deal

Here's the coupon scanned from my copy of the magazine. It says nothing about a membership to anything at all. It does not say "At participating locations only" or anything like that. Take the coupon from the mag, and demand the price.
Here's the issue that it's from.
At least try to do your homework before trying to call me out on a fake deal.
