Fight Club at DVDdiscount?

Can someone clear up this version of FC being offered over at DVDdiscount?

Fight Club

It says 1 Disc next to the Title but says "2 Disc set" towards the bottom. I want to buy the best version but what if this is only the one disc version? How can I be sure?

The cover art is that of the single disc version. Also, notice that they only list the specs of disc 1. I'd assume if you order this, you'll get the single disc version.

Thanks Rob. I wonder if Best Buy has the 2disc set. What's on the 2nd disc anyways?

Just to clarify, the four commentary tracks are on disc 1, and therefore, on the single disc release. Disc 2 of the 2-disc set has the deleted scenes, vignettes, etc.

I don't know if the 2-disc version is available at Best Buy, but it's not listed on BestBuy.com. Costco has it, along with many other Fox 2-disc sets, for $16.99.

Happy hunting! It's definitely worth it.

If you've got a Costco near you...

A few weeks ago, they had a display pushing the upcoming release of DareDevil. On the display was a lot of the Warner Bros 2 disc SE, including Fight Club, Big Trouble in Little China, The Abyss, CastAway and Rocky Horror Picture Show. With the movie, you get $5 off DareDevil.

I picked up two copies of Fight Club SE (one to replace my older beat up SE and one to keep sealed) and Big Trouble in Little China 2 disc SE (been looking for that one for a while).

I'm sure you meant 20th Century Fox, right?

Sorry, I'm pedantic.

Well, some people aren't too interested in extras or don't take the time to go through them. I've got the 2-disc Fight Club and have never watched anything but the movie itself; the same can be said for virtually all of my DVDs, actually. I honestly don't know what compells me to continue buying all these special editions, 2-disc versions, and whatnot.
