This opens limited this weekend. It has played well at festivals and is currently 86% on RT: https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/the_sisters_brothers
I hope it gets a wider release, or at least gets On Demand quickly.

So excited for this. I loved the book, and just got Dewitt's newest, French Exit. This look so fun!

Maybe it was too long ago I read the book, but besides the gold-digging stuff I didn't recognize anything in the trailer...

I really liked it. I like what John C. Reilly and Audiard said, that it's not really a western, it just happens to take place in a western setting. Solid performances from everyone.

I want to see this but I am not feeling like driving into Hollywood for it. I'll wait for the semi-wide release at a closer venue.

And they released it at a closer venue and I watched it this afternoon. 2018 is shaping up to be a great year for film and this is another winner. It's co-written and directed by a Frenchman and it was probably also filmed in France, since the entire crew, from I could see, were French, along with being a French co-production.
If you get a chance, you should check it out.

This was a good movie and much better than what I thought it would be.
