Marvel studios 10th anniversary film festival
This looks butt-numbingly fun, all in IMAX.
"In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios is hosting a film festival including all twenty Marvel films. This festival will be presented exclusively in IMAX, including three films that have never been seen before on IMAX screens.
Fans will have the opportunity to see the full slate over the course of five days, followed by two themed days of “Origins” and “Team Ups”, and culminate with two fan-selected showtimes."

Will Movie Pass pay for it?
You can see it at Regal Theatres for $50 for all 20 movies.

Just looking at the showings schedule, there's no way I could even remotely consider doing this unless I was on a 2 week vacation from work. You would have to spend 12-13 hours a day at the participating theaters.

Eh. I own them all in HDX and 4K on Vudu, and have a large 55-inch TV with excellent surround sound. I'll pass....

Re: Marvel studios 10th anniversary film festival
My local IMAX says it's completely sold out for every film, but many of them are 3D, which I wouldn't see anyway.
Edit: I don't think it's sold out, they're just not selling yet, because the next closest IMAX has zero tickets sold right now, lol.

Re: Marvel studios 10th anniversary film festival
My local IMAX has 2-4 seats sold for every film, and no discount for buying in bulk. So $8 per ticket per film or $160 for all 20.

The 20 films are screened in order from Thursday to Monday of Labor day weekend, the 3 day after that are just repeats. So if you really wanted to do it and you worked a standard work week, you'd really only have to take off Thursday and Friday.

Funny how Spider-Man: Homecoming is screening on "Origins" day, and it really isn't an origin film at all.

I have my ticket for tomorrow at AMC to see the 1st Iron Man in IMAX. I haven't seen it since probably 2010 or 2011.
I might try to see 1 or 2 more depending on time and availability in my area, but schedule-wise I'm a little tight for time
Edit: Cancelled my ticket for today. I decided to go see Searching tonight instead.
