Dark Theme?

I know we run an ancient code but is there any way to add a dark theme? All this white kills my eyes.

Re: Dark Theme?

If you're on Chrome you can use the Stylish extension and give any website any theme you want.

Here's what DVDTalk looks like with the "Global dark" theme: https://prnt.sc/jv3a0w

That's some nice shit. Not sure about those sonic booms for logos though. Maybe something less lame, like lightning bolts? Or racing stripes.

Re: Dark Theme?

Yes, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm 44 freaking years old, my eyes aren't what they used to be. I think a lot of us are getting older and probably have the same issue.

I was trying to replicate the blu-ray logo. But I was in a rush to do it. It was a quick thing I threw up with Firefox Inspect Element.

Re: Dark Theme?

I recently installed Dark Reader on Firefox and it's a lot better.

Re: Dark Theme?

Unfortunately, there are no current plans to do this. I would suggest doing what one of the other members has suggested to aid visibility.

Re: Dark Theme?

One thing I hate about black pages with white lettering is that when you look away or close the page the white lettering is burned into your retinas for a bit.

It looks nicer, but...
