Far Cry 4.
I'm obsessed with this game. Clocked in over 25 hrs and have barely touched the main campaign
I love taking over the outposts stealth style

Yeah did the same with FC 3, FC 4 & Primal. I just went for side stuff: Outposts, antennas, collectibles, hunting etc. Had so many points barely 1/4 done in game. I didn't know what skills spend them on

I finished South Park: The Fractured But Whole last night (and whomped Morgan Freeman this morning).
I have family visiting at the end of the week, and I probably won't play anything until they're back on the other side of the country.
I haven't decided if I'll start Assassin's Creed: Origins then or wait the extra little bit for Far Cry 5 to come out.

Fallout 4 (Hopefully I’ll finally finish it this month since I started on the day it was released)
Destiny 2
NBA 2K18
When it comes out at the end of the month, MLB: The Show 18.

Replaying through Rime since I missed a lot of stuff on my playthrough last year.

Witcher 3, still. Finished the main campaign and parts of the add-ons. I believe I'm at 150 hrs or so, been playing since June of last year. Fun game, but I'm getting a little burnt out.

Just played through the Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony (PS4) demo since it's a prelude to the main game and gives you some bonuses to use. Now on to the main game.

I just played through the final piece of Little Nightmares DLC that came out a week or so ago. Like the other two DLC's it was ok but nothing essential and a step down in both creepiness and level design from the main game.

I have taken a break from Agents of Mayhem, I've been sick so I have just been watching TV instead of playing Xbox.
But over the weekend I spent way more time than i should have playing Monster Slayers on Steam. It was part of a Fanatical bundle deal last week and I've gotten more than my money's worth on just this one game. So addictive.
I restarted Final Fantasy Tactics on PS1 and am about 7 hours in.
Still need to finish AoM (I think I"m 80% done with the campaign), Fallout 4, and Witcher 3.

Finished (at least as far as getting ending E) Neir: Automata. Ending E seems like a satisfying wrap up. I hope players didn't stop at ending A (and going by the trophy percentages, it looks like the majority continued on) because that's really only half the game. Very glad I went outside my comfort zone on this one (since normally, comparisons of a game to Dark Souls would be a red flag that would keep me far away).
Next, going to my backlog of Tell Tales games and playing:
I finished two of the five chapters so far, so this won't take me too long. Seeing if I can resist the urge and not spoil myself over any of the major decisions before choosing Having played a couple of other Tell Tale games, I get the sense that you can't really "mess up" the story.

Nier: Automata got compared to Souls? I always thought that one was more Bayonetta? I need to try it out regardless.

Also, there is no autosave. When you die, you are encouraged to track down your own fallen body and reclaim your possessions.
The actual fighting gameplay I found very different from Souls. There are actually a lot of old-school arcade action elements (think games like Galaxians and Asteroids).
Also unlike Souls, I didn't find this particularly difficult Playing on "Normal" difficulty, I only had trouble with the opening tutorial (when I was still figuring out the controls) and one very late mandatory arcade "hacking" mini-game. I only died 3 times. One of which was a glitch. And the other two were when I was fighting the A ending boss, and I was forgetting to equip a key chip (that made all the difference in the world for that battle). And it's really easy to toggle between difficult levels (and the "Easy" setting is incredibly easy).
Overall, I thought it was a great game. The story genuinely made me sad a few times. Not the most advanced graphically, but the visual aesthetics and music worked great together.

More MHW grinding till Ni No Kuni II hits next week. Mixed in with my never-ending play of FF14.
