What are You Playing? (February 2018)
Disneyland Adventures (XB1)
This game takes everything I love and puts it in one package. Disneyland (you explore a pretty much 1:1 recreation of Disneyland), collectibles, side quests, and goofiness. I also didn't expect there to be so much to do. I've played over 8 hours now and am at 22% completion with only really exploring 3 of the areas.

I’m currently playing Okami HD! Okami is a joy to play and delivers not just a great adventure but along the way actually boosts your sense of well-being as you bring life to the plants, people, and flowers of the world. This is a thoroughbred classic game that deserves to be experienced by as wide an audience as possible; if you missed it before then this new HD version is the best way to experience such an engaging game – don’t miss it this time. https://gamebestnews.com/platforms/okami-hd-ps4-xbox-one-pc-review/

Re: What are You Playing? (February 2018)
My first game in nearly two months...! I finished South Park: The Stick of Truth on the XB1X.
Annoyingly, one of the Chinpokomon glitched, so I wasn't able to be as much of a completionist as I normally would be for this type of game.

Okami (HD)
I'm early awaiting the release of Crossing Souls on 2/13. Fingers crossed it doesn't suck.

Madden NFL 18
Mutant League Football
NHL 18
FIFA 18
NBA LIVE 18
And if you are looking for a game the whole family can play, I recommend Monopoly. We play it on the Switch, but it's also available on Xbox One and PS4.

Far Cry 4. My second attempt. Going for an all stealth play through.
I like the game so far. I gave up cause it was so overwhelming.
And fuck the Eagles.

Re: What are You Playing? (February 2018)
Trying to clear out my PS4 library, played Gone Home last night. It might’ve been a PS+ freebie when I bought it, but just never got around to it. Silly that I didn’t since I finished in under 3 hours. Walking simulator games aren’t for everyone, but I really liked this (and the short playing time is perfect for what it was trying to do). I think I’ve played too many horror games, since all through this while wandering around the house I kept waiting for something to jump out and attack me Very cleverly done how this game managed to tell the life stories of several characters (sister Sam, father, mother, grandfather) in a completely non-narrative way (just based on what you find exploring an empty house)

Wrapped Okami HD. About a third of the way through Crossing Souls (PS4). Either the Shadow Of The Colossus Remake or Secret Of Mana remake is next.

I think I'm getting near the end of Lost Sphear (PS4). It fixes some of the annoyances I had with I Am Setsuna gameplay wise but the story and characters are bland as you can get.

Re: What are You Playing? (February 2018)
Over the weekend (after finishing Gone Home) started playing this:
The opening hour was pissing me off ... I couldn't believe the game made you replay everything from the beginning if you died during the tutorial stage. But things got much much better once the world opened up. Now that I'm used to the mechanics, I'm finding it pretty easy on "Normal". Though I'm scared to bump it up a notch since I've heard the jump in difficulty is crazy.
Last night I got a chuckle out of how the game gives no clue when you're about to tackle a quest that's way over your head. My level is currently in the low 20's. Hunting down the target for a side quest, I see a boss and a surrounding mob and charge in guns blazing! But my shots aren't putting a dent in the enemies and one hit from them knocked off half my health. Then I noticed all the enemies had levels in the mid 40's. I turned tail and ran saying "Nope!" and was able to get away without being chased. The quest is fortunately still active. I've made a note to go back and kick ass in another 20 levels or so

I'm playing Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (which i'm going to have to switch down to the SUPER easy difficulty, because I hate all these dumb gun fights) as well as Victor Vran, which is a diablo-esque couch co-op thing. It's not nearly as deep as diablo, but has some interesting twists on the genre, and a JUMP button!

I've been playing a crazy amount of GR Wildlands lately. It's so easy to lose track of time in that game. I'm over 30hrs in and don't think I'm even half way through yet.
