A little more from CBR:
The collection was announced during the “Batman: The Animated Series 25th Anniversary” panel, with long-time animation publicist Gary Miereanu informing the crowd. No details such as release date or price point were confirmed, but Miereanu said it’ll be “later” in 2018.

I don't know about day one but I am in for sure. Price point will matter quite a bit though since my DVDs are adequate IMO.

I'm keeping my excitement tempered until they go in depth on the remastering process. Hopefully they do a thorough clean up.

I hope while they're at it they also release Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero. It would be the only thing related to the series missing if they don't put it out.

Holy Batman! I did not expect this. I don’t usually preorder stuff anymore but if this is packaged in a nice box set, I’m in. I would prefer to see the picture quality before purchase but I cannot pass the opportunity.

Digital bits says that Warner Archives is putting out this release, I thought it might be a wider release?

amazon.fr lists a 9/26 release date and a price tag of 59,99 EUR, which is right at $70 USD.
