Been waiting for The Walking Dead S7, but first the crap-ass cover, now the price! All other seasons of TWD had a recurring color scheme and motif on the covers, and they typically premiered at $25, then went up from there. Not only is the cover of this season UGLY as hell and does not go with the other seasons at all, but $35 to $38 right off the bat is just too big a pill to swallow. I'll keep waiting.

I bought Daredevil S2 & Jessica Jones S1, just because the prices are unlikely to come down much. I thought about Guardians, but I've been picking up the Phase sets, and am hoping they do a third that'll include this.

I've generally bought TWD sets on release day because they're usually on sale and there's been a coupon. I've got a shaggy dog mix of steelbooks and lenticulars, and one big zombie head. However, I'm just going to wait this time, because $40 is too much this time and there's no packaging incentive that makes me want to jump on it now.
