Help ID an old cartoon
As a kid growing up in New England, I saw a bunch of second-string cartoons on UHF channel out of Boston. They weren't as celebrated as the Hannah-Barbera cartoons, for example.
One of them involved a cat and two mice, whom the cat always called "mieces" for plural. Inevitably something would happen and the cat would be running after the mice shouting "I hate you mieces to pieces!" That was almost a signature line.
Ring any bells?

Literally took one second to Google the catch phrase to find it, btw.

And it's funny that the OP mentioned they weren't as celebrated as Hanna-Barbera cartoons when in fact they were Hanna-Barbera cartoons. And yeah I remember watching them.

Here's a clip from Streetcar. It's definitely what Daws Butler was referencing.

I came across the link to Marlon Brando. Jinx's voice is Daws Butler imitating Stan Freberg doing Marlon Brando (from Streetcar) singing Sh-Boom. Kind of like how everyone just imitated Dana Carvey's George Bush.

Took me a minute to unpack that second sentence but I finally understood it and yeah I get it now.
After listening to the Brando clip above it makes the Freberg audio even better and just hilarious.
