I just noticed that this is a Roku Channel. 1.99 a month.

I decided too get it. Don't know much about it.


Looks like they have 3 Global TV feeds(Halifax.Toronto and BC).

They have a French CBC channel but doesn't seem too be working.

It would be cool if they got CBC English Channel. Not sure if that will be possible.

Anyone know anything about it and will they be adding channels?

But do they have a channel that shows this all the time?



I may have to check it out since I actually like watching hockey. I'm sure those channels show a healthy amount of it.

That's what I'm hoping for also. Hockey Night In Canada. I have it with Charter but it's not in HD. Did I mention that NBC Sports Network NHL Coverage Sucks.

I'm not sure about Global's programming. I remember back in the mid-70s they had Toronto Toros(WHA).

Just did a google search. Came up with nothing.

So far I haven't seen much of anything concerning sports. I don't think the sports networks in the USA would be too happy that another country would be pumping games into our country. However,Global does show US Network TV shows .

CTV coming soon.

So far it's been alittle disappointing but I will give it time

CTV does not have hockey. The NHL rights is owned by Rogers/Sportsnet and they use CBC/CityTV to air some games.

Canada TV now has CBC English for those wanting to watch HNIC on Saturday nights or other CBC programming. Plus it's in HD. My cable company(Charter Spectrum) carries CBC Ch. 9 out of Windsor,Ontario and it's only in SD.
