Some good stuff here. The shipping kind of kills some of the other things that aren't Criterion. But if you buy enough it makes it worth while. I also was offered a free DVD during checkout. I got 11 items + the free DVD.

Shipping and Handling + CA Sales Tax came up to $20 :-)....rarely do you see a value proposition in that but in this case, there sure is, in addition to the cause !!

These might be drop shipped from some distributor's excess inventory - I hope they are able to handle so many orders.

I picked up four Criterion Blu-rays and another two Blu-rays for $36.50. You can't beat that with even a VERY large stick.

The products were donated. If you look at the rest of their site, you can see that it looks in order. They are having an industry benefit where basic tickets are 500$ for admission. Steve Carell is pictured giving an award to steve tisch.

There was something in the ordering instructions about buying two regular priced items. I didn't see it until after I ordered. Maybe talking about the few products on the main page like southpaw and pixels.
