I'd embed the teaser, but I'm on mobile. All I want is 24/7 Nuketown.

I'm down with it. Hell, I like the current game, too. The haters that hate on AW are generally horrible at playing the game.

I mentioned this before, but it's funny that somehow people started looking forward to a Treyarch release opposed to them being the bastard child. I've always enjoyed the Black Ops series myself.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is the first title for next-gen hardware in the critically acclaimed Black Ops series. Developed by Treyarch, the award-winning creator of the two most-played games in Call of Duty history. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 deploys players into a dark, twisted future where a new breed of Black Ops soldier emerges and the lines are blurred between our own humanity and the technology we created to stay ahead, in a world where cutting-edge military robotics define warfare. With three unique game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies, providing fans with the deepest and most ambitious Call of Duty ever.

Save the exo suits for the AW series exclusively.

With that said, I don't like the Treyarch entries so I'll probably pass on this one.

Rumor is Black Ops III will be released on November 3rd, 2015.
I enjoy AW, but the multiplayer itself suffers issues such as feeling too much like a half-baked Titanfall with the Exo abilities, guns that are significantly OP, and technical issues that have plagued the franchise for years now (lag compensation). It's a significant step-up from the atrocity that was Ghosts, but it doesn't come close to past entries. I also hate how Sledgehammer has followed Infinity Ward's model of limiting the DLC to playlists rather than putting it into regular rotation. If I paid fifty dollars for the season pass, let me play the maps I paid for rather than fragmenting the community by limiting it to specific game modes and types.
BO2 was the last Call of Duty entry I loved (and this is also coming from someone who loved MW3). Zombies was a mess as it was more confusing than anything else, but the multiplayer was nearly spot-on especially with the creation of the Pick 10 system (Sledgehammer's greatest successes was evolving this for AW). I was never in the Treyarch fanboy camp, but BO2 changed that for me. After Infinity Ward made one of the worst Call of Duty entries ever (rivaling Treyarch's Call of Duty 3), I'm looking forward to what Treyarch has been working on now for the past three years.
I actually agree with this, I keep hearing the complaint "There's no settling down a bit to pick your shots" YES, there is...you just have to know how to use the maps and it's not that hard....most people are just use to the much larger maps.
With that said, I don't like the Treyarch entries so I'll probably pass on this one.

Yeah but I honestly think Infinity Ward suffered from not having enough "time" with Ghosts - they obviously were trying to evolve the series with it (and you can see in a lot of places where it was unfinished).
Black Ops 1 was decent but I just lost interest in it. MW3 was ok but I seriously (like many others) almost jumped ship on COD after that title (just started getting sick of the formula).
AW is damn fun - the game is just so ridiculous and over the top and I do like the flow of it. Yes, I do wish the maps were bigger but I felt like I got my moneys worth out of it.
Sledgehammer is HEAVILY influcened by IW - just look at how the menus are done, the sound effects on the menus inparticular...theres a lot of other things as wel - just think they respect the originators is all.

I got so fed up with Ghosts that I went back to MW3 and BOPS2. I now remember why I loved this series so much. BOPS2 in particular is a lot of fun and the level of customization is unmatched. I'm really looking forward to the third edition.

What? AW's UI is pretty much a reskin of Black Ops II all the way down to the in-game notifications. Sledgehammer "borrowed" entirely from Treyarch.

I read that this game will feature "guns up" during MP. That means that you're always looking down the sights - even when running or climbing. I don't have a link but I believe it was a Gamespot.com article.

There are other big tweaks coming to multiplayer. David Vonderhaar, who also works as multiplayer director on Black Ops 3, said that Treyarch has paid a great deal of attention to improving traversal in the game. Players will have unlimited sprint in the game's multiplayer, and mantling over objects and up ledges is faster, more forgiving than ever. There's no pause in the action, Vonderhaar said, and players can still aim and fire while mantling.
"Whenever we can get rid of barriers to fluidity," Vonderhaar said, "we do that."
Treyarch is also adding thrust jumps, which Vonderhaar described as an "assistance" to movement, and not quite like what players of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare experienced with that game's Exo jumps. Players can double tap the jump button to boost, pumping it to stay in the air.
Players can also power slide, with a combination of sprint and crouch. They can wall run. They can even swim in Black Ops 3 multiplayer, fighting underwater and using the new ability for tactical purposes. Vonderhaar said they've seen some players hide underwater, then thrust jump out of the water to surprise their opponents.
Not every multiplayer map will include swimming, Vonderhaar said, but he indicated that the option to do so is something Treyarch has wanted to do for a long time.
Players won't be able to "dolphin dive" (or jump to a prone position), however. Vonderhaar said that movement mechanic won't be returning in Black Ops 3.
Some of the new movement options — much of which will feel pretty familiar to players of rival shooter Titanfall — is governed by Black Ops 3's version of a stamina meter. Thrust jumping, power sliding and wall running is limited, to a degree. But based on what we played of Black Ops 3's multiplayer, those limitations aren't very strict. Movement through the game's multiplayer maps feels incredibly graceful, fluid. Black Ops 3's multiplayer maps are all being built with all those traversal abilities in mind, Treyarch said.
According to Bunting, the developer is aiming for persistent "guns up" weapon control throughout movement; no matter what you're doing, your character is always ready and able to fire their gun at another player.

The funny thing is Blu always talks like he's good at these games yet it's always easy to check his stats and see how bad he actually is.

I'm really burnt out with Call of Duty. I didn't play much of Ghosts and this looks pretty much the same. So I'm skipping this game.

I don't know about the guns up thing, I like looking at the world around me. I honestly think that would be a mistake unless there's an option to turn it off and on.

That doesnt mean the gun is always in crosshair mode
Its means you can aim and shoot no matter what animation you are in
