IMO Movement is New Order's best album because it has that gloomy Joy Division flavor. Love this song :

But then New Order (while having perfectly fine albums) hasn't been too much of an album band since a lot of their better songs have been only singles or b-sides, and have appeared on singles collections rather than regular albums.
