Two things. This sounds absolutely horrible and there was already a part 4. I'll probably see it because I enjoy the Sleepaway Camp films, however this doesn't even sound like a film that's worth watching.

If I had the others, I'd get it for $5 but not the $15 amazon wants.

They should've just left it alone. The old test footage has that "the film that never was" legend and, as is, inherently more interesting than any real movie would be.
