Star Trek TNG Entire Series less then $189
Don't know anything about the company or the site, but just happened upon it:
http://www.pjdeals.com/store/p/31-St...eries-1-7.aspx
Ten Percent off that with Coupon Code: XTRSL
And shipping seems to be free for $49+
They also have other deals that look good, to name a few:
MacGyver Complete Series 1-7: $99
Red Dwarf Complete Seasons 1-8: $109
JAG Complete Seasons 1-10: $159
And other Non-DVD deals:
So I thought I'd pass it on here for the brave.....
Let us know how you do!!

Not a bad price on Trek, but that Red Dwarf price isn't very good at all. I know Amazon had it for 59.99 semi-recently, and I've seen it below $100 many times.

After several people were successful getting Star Trek: TNG complete series from Gohastings.com for under $60 (I wasn't one of them as they kept canceling my orders), I could never pay $189. Even paying more than $60 would be tough. Someday maybe it'll get close to that price at some online dealer (besides Gohastings where I don't have very good luck escape their capricious cancel software).

Anybody bought from this place? Those prices are suspiciously low and are similar to the bootleg sites.

Regarding the Gohastings.com ST:TNG deal for under $60, that was a couple months ago, I think. It kept popping in and out of stock for a couple weeks, and I ordered it 3 times and every time it was canceled, but some people got it and it was the full legitimate set. Then Gohastings jacked the price up, then lowered it to something in the middle, and then I think they took the product down completely. I'm sorry I didn't mention that it was an old, long dead sale (otherwise I'd probably try ordering again myself).

Just wondered if they are legit and sell 100% genune, authentic DVD's and not copied or bootleg DVD's
they ahev listed NEW STNG complete series there for $129.99 with free shippng.
I am hesitnat to purchase but they also have some other great box sets like West Wing for $89.99 with free shipping.

Right. And for those thinking about getting the DVDs cheap after the Blu's come out, bear in mind that the TNG DVDs have a lot of compression artifacts and really aren't that good.
Personally, DVD is truly is "good enough" for me on a lot of things, but this isn't one of them.

Wait for the blu-rays. The video quality on dvd is just awful by today's standards. Much cheaper to just get a netflix account and stream the seasons if you are hungry for TNG.

Exactly. I heard bad things about the video quality. Now I would've taken the DVD set for that $60 Gohastings.com deal which I repeatedly tried for and missed, but at any price much higher than that it's better to wait for the BDs. Imagine the cost of that set initially! It would probably take 1-3 years before a complete BD set of TNG came down to the real world.

The BDs are also remastered with updated special effects. The improvements look fantastic in the shots I saw posted.

I ordered the green set twice from two different companies (Amazon themselves and another) and wound up with the bootleg versions both times...I think it's almost impossible not to get it there are so many companies that have been "duped" by them. I finally tracked down an original full-season set (the seven seasons in their individual silver boxes) for $200 about a year ago. Of course, had I known what I know now, I probably would have just waited for the Blu-rays.
