^Ha. My former employer. I didn't work on it, directly, but I think I contributed some code. Been so long now, I'm not sure. Actually, I think when I was there it was still under development for the N64.
Never played it, however. I left before it was released, and never owned a GameCube.

I would also add The Witness to my list.

Gotta say Final Fantasy 7.
Being fan of the series have play FF2 and FF6 on the SNES, this was the first on the PS1. Pretty large world as it come on 3 discs. Just loved eveytihng, the characters, cool bosses, the graphics at that time, the incredible music by Nobuo Uematsu (Aerith's Theme my personal favorite). Was a llitle sad and angry at

^ I have that set to go sometime. I wish I could get to it before Rebirth, but oh well.

In no order:
GTA IV (including both DLC packs)
The original Zelda
Zelda OoT
Super Mario World
Original Dead Space
Bioshock (even though I no longer own it and it has fallen off my all time list, It blew me away the first time I played through it - what an original experience)
Not enough time has passed but I would eventually say the remake of RE4 & 2 as well.

Resident Evil 2 - I'll never forget sitting on my buddies couch watching his older brother playing it and all of us leap off the couch when the dog breaks through the glass in the interrogation room. To this day I find the ability to play as one character and then play with the other character using that save file and see their perspective of the events to be one of the coolest video game storytelling techniques.

My picks are odd and all come from the GCN:
1. The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
2. Luigi’s Mansion
3. StarFox Adventures
4. Super Mario Sunshine
5. Beyond Good and Evil
I still have the games and am trying to get my unit back up and running (or replaced).
There’s a reason the GCN is my favorite Nintendo Console ever.

Knights of the Old Republic.... crossing my fingers they actually remake this series.
