I've rarely posted in this forum so forgive me if this isn't allowed. Is there any way to trade my 18 bucks in psn credit for Google play credit? I'd take a loss and settle for 12 in Google play credit.

If that PSN credit is already in your PSN account (and since it's $18, I assume so) then no, there is no way to transfer it to anyone else.
