Re: What Are You Playing? (July 2015)
I used to be a serious Halo junkie back in the day. My first console was an Xbox so I could play Halo, and I went through the second game many times. I did the third only once, and never played the fourth. I didn't like ODST and didn't finish, but I liked Reach. For whatever reason, I stopped playing and never finished.
But I'm replaying the first game and enjoying it. I guess I learned some things from Assassin's Creed because I'm running past a lot of these hunters instead of fighting them. I don't do multiplayer so I'm hoping this will be a clean experience for me.

Pretty much this right now...cannot put it down and one of the most fun co-op experiences I've had....even over Destiny.

Shit, I've finished everything I've wanted to play (Witcher 3, Batman), and I got nothing new left to play...
I might have to dig through my backlog, or, *gasp*, turn on my WiiU!

Western-themed first person shooter. The main character is telling some people about his life, and you play the game in chapters. It's pretty straight-forward, fairly easy, and kind of short. A lot of fun, though. $15? Probably not. Pick it up if it drops by half or more.

Wolfenstein: The New Order
Some really great battle sequences which don't require a few hundred keys on the keyboard but still makes you think how you're going to take out a group of enemy combatants. Graphics are pretty good.

Just started Witcher 3 and at the rate I play, I should be near finishing the main story (and maybe a few sidequests) near Fallout 4.

Re: What Are You Playing? (July 2015)
Finished my second run of The Evil Within in about 13 hours, started a third run (currently on Ch. 4) so that I can finally max out Sebastian (just a few Stock levels to go) and collect the last 5 items that I keep missing (1 document and 4 map fragments).
I have had Diablo 3 + RoS for a looooooong time, and finally started playing on Sunday. I'm up to level 30 with my Barbarian and really enjoying the game, though it does feel weird not spending skill points with every level gained, clicking until my index finger goes numb, carrying town portal and identify scrolls, returning to town 10x per dungeon level, etc. I played through the first two games several times, but it has been a number of years since my last run of either, so I feel like I need to replay them ASAP.

Is your playing of The Evil Within a compulsion, or do you just love the game that much? I remember it getting mixed reviews, so I never got around to it, but maybe that will be my halloween game this year.

Finished Bioshock. I forgot how damn good that game is.
Have since picked up, then immediately put down:
Rocket League
Just Cause 2
Drive Club
Heroes of the Storm
Now I'm pretty into The Elder Scrolls Online.

Still Diablo 3 ROS (on the 360 nevertheless)...If I get a chance to play something else, it will probably be Plants vs Zombies since its free this month. I have Batman: Arkham Origins that I got for $10 on the table next to Diablo and already installed, but I haven't started it.
I started to play again Puzzle Quest Galactrix on XBLA (played it in 2013), and I am progressing better than before. I should get everything but the multiplayer achievements with no problem. BTW, if anybody wants to boost for the multiplayer, drop me a line or add me on Live and send me a message. It would be nice to say I 100% all of the Puzzle Quest games (1,2,Galactrix).

Borrowing Wolfenstein: The New Order from work, haven't spent much time with it and largely prefer shooters on PC opposed to console, but having fun with it so far.
